A girl working in a videogameshop
Wednesday, September 26, 2007
It's almost like they interviewed me, I share most of the girl's perspectives, it made me chuckle. I am glad I am not the only one having some of these opinions.
"You always get those guys who just wouldn't think that you know anything, so they'd just be like, 'Oh, can I talk to the assistant manager, can I talk to that guy over there instead of you?' And then they'd be confused when you, you know, actually knew something.

Digra 2007 - Tokyo
A few years ago I was in Vancouver to attend the Digra conference there and present a bit of my own work. This year's choice for location for the Digra Conference is Tokyo, Japan... I want to go to Japan for as long as I remember and have now to watch and see many of my colleagues and friends go to my beloved traveldestination. I wish I was there. But for now I have to keep myself satisfied and updated via several blogs and Flickrs, among others:

Wow - favorite game?
Monday, September 17, 2007
Funny, whenever I have to answer the question: 'What is your favorite game and why?' I always try to come up with a console game, it never crosses my mind to say 'World of Warcraft' while that is something I have been playing for almost three years now. Read an article in the Escapist about how Blizzard is actually marketing WoW as a videogame and not as a MMO specifically. I wonder why I still won't rate it as the best or favorite videogame of all time? No definite answer at the moment.

The way sushi should be...

I am totally in love with this website for a Japanese Sushi restaurant. Even though I have no idea where they are based, some spanish language country, must be.
Other than that, they really know what they are on about! Amazing design.
